Standard contributor agreement — Novoflux SenseLab

This Contributor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Novoflux Ltd ("the Lab") and the individual named below ("the Contributor").

1. IP Assignment

All outputs produced under this Agreement — including code, findings, frameworks, datasets, documentation, and any derivative works — are assigned in full to Novoflux Ltd upon creation. The Contributor warrants that outputs are original and free from third-party encumbrances.

2. Attribution

The Lab commits to naming the Contributor as the lead author on all publications, digest issues, and licensing agreements that include outputs from this experiment. Attribution is permanent and irrevocable. The Contributor's name, role, and a short biography will appear in all published materials.

3. Revenue participation

The Contributor will receive 15% of net commercial licensing fees directly attributable to experiments they led, paid quarterly within 30 days of quarter end. The Lab will provide a brief statement of licensing activity on request. This clause survives termination of this Agreement.

4. Methodology

The Contributor agrees to follow the SenseLab experimental methodology: a clearly stated Hypothesis, a documented A/B test comparing current and AI-native approaches, and a defined Transformation Trigger Threshold. Findings must include honest reporting of negative or inconclusive results.

5. Editorial rights

The Lab retains the right to edit, contextualise, and structure findings for publication. The Contributor will be given the opportunity to review edits before publication. The Lab will not materially alter findings without Contributor consent.

6. Confidentiality

The Contributor agrees not to publish or share experiment findings through any channel other than SenseLab publications without prior written consent from the Lab.

7. Best efforts

The Contributor commits to the experiment scope agreed at sign-off and to maintaining communication through the Lab's milestone check-in process. The Lab acknowledges that contributors are not employees and work on a voluntary, best-efforts basis.
